Standing Ovation

Filed under: What I Do When I'm Not Folding Laundry - Melissa @ 11:00 am

When the man who does the landscaping in our apartment complex woke up this morning, do you think he knew he would be performing for a standing room only audience?  Or that he would get a rousing round of applause when he finished trimming our bushes?

They followed this poor man from window to window and clapped and cheered when he finished the last bush!  Ah the life of a celebrity!

My daughter, "The Adorable Ham" seems to have a sixth sense about when a camera is pointing at her, even if her back is turned!

You know it’s a really big smile when the eyes are closed!

  1. I love it!
My boys do the same thing when the termite man comes each month.
And when the men came to tear up and repour our driveway…the kids actually set up lawn chairs to watch.

  2. That’s funny that they followed him from window to window & cheered him on.

Gotta say…at first glance…it looked like Sadaam Hussein (please forgive me if I spelled that wrong…) was trimming your hedges.
