Dick Clark was on the show. Just a few brief appearances through the night. He still looks and sounds so frail. It was sad.

We flew out of New York at 1:35 Eastern Time on New Years Eve yesterday. I had no desire whatsoever to do the Times Square nightmare. It was crazy enough on the night before.
